The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is really close to the city centre and main shopping street. It was perfect for me, especially because I enjoy high-end shopping and there are many malls nearby. the hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness of the room was excellent.

During my recent stay at Citytel Inn, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff, although they didn't speak much English, were helpful. They were really good too assist me, calling the airport to check on my flight and even arranging a taxi for me. The room itself was clean and tidy, with basic toiletries provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay, and I was kinda surprised to find that the TV offered at least one English channel.
